"Some ingredients are fine, but not amazing"
I thought the ingredients were kind of hit or miss. Some of them seem decent, and then others, i don’t know, they just feel a bit processed to me. Not terrible, just not as fresh or clean as I was hoping

I was mainly looking for something affordable that tasted decent, and this checked both boxes for me. You get a good amount for the price, and it lasted me longer than I expected. I didn’t pay a ton of attention to every little detail, but for value and flavor, I’m happy with it.

I was expecting these to be the kind of snack packs that feel a little too small, but the portions are actually decent. One bag is enough for me to bring to work or have on a drive without feeling like I need another right away. Overall, I’m happy with them

"Nice flavor without being over the top"
I thought the seasoning was spot on. It has enough flavor to make the food taste better, but it’s not so strong that it takes over. I’d say it’s especially good if you like things seasoned but not too salty or intense.

I ordered a few bags and they all showed up really fresh, not stale at all. The taste was great like it usually is. they seemed fresher than some other brands I’ve tried, but... yeah, I’m definitely happy with them.

"Shipping was kinda hit or miss"
My order did show up and everything was fine when it got here, but the delivery took longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated too, so I wasnt really sure where it was half the time. The snacks were good once they finally arrived, I just wish the shipping was a little more reliable.

I’ve grabbed this jerky a few times now and, honestly... it’s always been consistent. Every bag tastes the same, in a good way, and I haven’t had any issues with it.

"Plenty of good flavors"
I’ve had a good experience ordering from jacklinks.com. There are lots of flavors to choose from, which is nice because I don’t have to keep getting the same thing every time. Original is still my favorite, but the spicy ones are really good too. I tried a few new flavors in my last order and liked all of them. Simple, easy, and useful when I want to stock up. Definitely 5 stars from me

I ordered a few bags and kind of regret not adding more to the order. Everything arrived fresh and packed really well, with no crushed bags or loose seals. The packaging was clean, easy to open, and the box was plain but totally fine for what it needed to do. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Decent help, but slower than it should be"
I reached out to Jack Link’s with a question about my order, the response time felt a bit slow for something that should’ve been simple.

They did eventually get back to me, and the person I talked to was polite and helpful enough, so I can’t say it was bad service. But having to wait a couple days and follow up made it feel like more effort than it was worth.

Everything did get taken care of in the end, so I’d call it an average experience. The products are good, but for the price and brand, I think the customer service should be quicker.

"Great chew"
Soft but still chewy in a good way. Not tough like a lot of jerky. Easy to eat, tasted fresh, would buy again.

The flavor is okay overall, but some of them come on way too strong for me. I mentioned that before and got the feeling nobody really read what I wrote, which was a little frustrating. It’s not bad, just not something I’d count on being consistent
